In 2001, armed with a newly acquired NZDipBus and plenty of experience after a long banking career, Deborah began working with Nikki Burley in the administration team.
As Practice Manager, Deborah’s role is varied and interesting. Deborah is responsible for liaison with the firm’s partners, the day-to-day management of the firm including implementation of new systems and procedures, recruitment and finances.
