This year, we’ve chosen to make a donation to Under the Stars, whose mission is to provide access to kai for anyone who needs it - offered with compassion and without judgement. When parenting orders are breached: What you need to know .... Under the Care of Children Act 2004 (“COCA”), the Family Court can issue parenting orders to determine care and contact arrangements for children. A parenting order is not made for children over the age of 16 years, unless there are special circumstances. Parenting orders are legally enforceable and set out the day-to-day care of children and contact with the other party/parties.
